Unwanted Goods: If you change your mind or have ordered incorrectly, you can receive a full refund, provided you return the products to us within 45 days of receiving them, and the product and its packaging remain in good condition. Please note that a £3.99 return postage fee will be deducted from your refund if you decide to return the item for reasons other than damage or our error.
Refunds will not be issued if the product and its packaging are not in pristine condition. To initiate a return, please email email@example.com.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or an incorrect item due to our error, we will provide a refund or exchange- please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Return Charges: If damaged, faulty, or sent incorrectly, you are not responsible for return shipping costs - we will send you a QR drop off label and your refund amount will not be deducted by £3.99. If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you can still use the prepaid QR drop off label, but a £3.99 postage fee will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure that the returned item is in a saleable condition. If you choose an alternative carrier for the return, we recommend using a recorded delivery service and retaining proof of postage.
International Returns: For orders returned from outside the UK, you are responsible for covering the return postage costs, unless the item you received was damaged or faulty. Please contact us at email@example.com in the first instance.
Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send your refund if the item is in a saleable condition. If the item is found to be faulty or damaged, we may request further information. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 working days.
