Will the container leak?
The majority of our containers are 100% leak proof, but some styles aren't fitted with a seal, so please check the specific product details. For products with a seal it is important to ensure the clips are fully secured retaining the lid and the seal will be tight.
Can I use in the fridge?
Yes all our containers will be fine in the fridge. Remember to log your food in the App correctly so you can see it under the 'Fridge' tab.
Can I freeze food in the container?
We encourage you to freeze food in these. Just make sure you leave some space near the top if your food is particularly 'liquidiy', for example soup. Remember liquids expand when they freeze so they may need a little more space. You can then defrost your food in the fridge and cook it in the oven.
Can I use in the oven?
Yes the tins are great to use in the oven. You can't use the lid in the oven is it has a seal in as this will damage the seal. If it is a product containing bamboo this lid can't be used in the oven either. Using in the oven will even save on your washing up, but remember it will be hot!
Can I microwave?
The jury is out on this one, it wont cause any fires, but we would advise you stick to using in the oven.
What are the tins made of?
Our lunchboxes are made of high-quality, food-safe materials such as stainless steel, and eco-friendly materials like bamboo. Some of our products have a silicone seal to prevent any leaks.
How do I clean my tin?
Cleaning instructions are detailed on the products page, but generally the products are dishwasher safe, although please hand wash the bamboo lids.
How long does shipping take?
We usually dispatch within 24 hours via courier so usually you can expect to receive your items within 1-2 days. Sometimes things take longer, but get in touch if you have any concerns.
What if it arrives damaged?
Please get in touch with us via email or WhatsApp and we can arrange replacements to be sent.
Do you ship internationally?
We are relatively new to all of this so are exploring new options. We do ship internationally and offer free shipping over certain thresholds depending on your location. The amounts are heavily subsidised below this threshold. We are not liable for any import taxes or duties incurred on your goods. This is something we will look into including as demand for our products increases.
Orders & Delivery
Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?
Yes, we have some bundles already available and will be launching a trade store shortly. In the meantime please contact us directly with wholesale or bulk enquiries.
Do the products come with a warranty?
Yes, defects due to a manufacturing fault (and not wear and tear) we will replace this free of charge within 2 years of purchase.

Can I use the App with other containers
The App is for exclusive use with our containers. The QR codes are specifically designed and coded to work with our App. You will not have the same experience using other QR Codes.
How do I reccommend improvements to the App?
We really value your feedback. Our App was designed and built buy our founder (along with all the other product, marketing, web design etc.) and therefore there are a number of things that we are looking to add in the future.
